Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.

Once your request is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement for the damaged/defective product

  • Replacement will be processed within 3โ€“7 business days

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock (after return request approval)

  • Replacement is not possible

Refund process:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
